About Affirm
Affirm Organizational Development and Training has been providing quality organisational development and training for government and non-government human services in NSW, the ACT and other states since early 1990. Clients include Commonwealth and state government departments, Councils, peak bodies, large non-government organisations and community-based organisations.
The Principal Consultant
Grace Leotta is an organisational development and training consultant. She has extensive experience in planning, review and evaluation, facilitation, community consultation, training, and in other consultancy work, with a variety organisations. She has taught Community Management and Social Science at a tertiary level. Grace has a solid background in human services, as a manager, community development worker, family worker and staff trainer.
Her qualifications include:

- Graduate Certificate in Experiential Learning (Adult Education) - University of Technology, Sydney
- Masters in Management (Community) - University of Technology, Sydney
